Mt. Zion United Methodist Church
Mt. Zion United Methodist Church was founded in 1892 by Rev. H. L. Kennedy at Wolftown now DeLisle. Trustees were B. Young, W. White, A. Jacobs, and R. Thomas — establishing a ministry for children with a mission for "nurture outreach and witness".
Mt. Zion sponsors Community Health Fair and Children's Sabbath and Camp Seashore. In 1997, the church was recognized by the conference of United Methodist Churches as outstanding small congregation for the the year.
As of 1999, Rev. Rosemary Hayes Williams was Pastor.
